Welcome! Some of you may know me from our sister site- MyBJsWholesale.com and/or TheFrugalfarmgirl.com
I wanted to start this site to bring you deals from all three of the wholesale clubs. In April 2019 I got a Costco membership for the first time. With Costco being new in our Western New York area I’m determined to bring you the best deal between Costco and BJs, and adding Sam’s Club to the mix as well.
What You’ll Find on the Site
- Clearance, Markdowns at Costco, Sam’s and BJs.
- Articles on tips to save and how to shop wholesale clubs the smart way.
- We will be doing reviews on these store brand’s products and more!
If you are brand new to who we are and what we do you may want to visit one of our other two blogs.
A little about me.
My name is Tasia and I’m the founder and girl behind this blog- My Wholesale life. The picture above is my husband and me in Nashville!
The name says it all. I started on a journey four years ago and quickly over the last two years have become an extreme wholesale shopper.
My family doesn’t know what to do with a normal box of cereal anymore. I sure don’t either because I’m not used to getting cereal weekly anymore.
I love hanging out on Pinterest if you want to join me there. I love my farm animals and being outdoors- which is why I started the blog Frugal Farm Girl. I don’t care to give you any fluff or sell you things because someone paid me. I want to give you an honest space without all the fluff.
Blogging has taken me on quite a journey and has deepened my faith that God can literally do anything. We must trust his plan. We must trust each little step he leads us on and we must trust that nudge when to say something. do something for someone else as part of his plan.
I hope this site inspires you to love getting a deal and to see how all three wholesale clubs are pretty amazing in their own unique way- just like you.
My Brother Taylor who helped out on the MyBJsWholesale blog will be contributing to this site as well. You can read more about Taylor on his photography blog here, and check out his reviews on all things Honey!
I have published work/featured in The Batavian, The Batavia Daily News, Lauren Gruetman, CNBC. FoxNews
I had a column- Money Matters in the Daily News that runs monthly.

To whom it may concern,
This morning I was looking for reviews of the Digital Air Fryer Toaster Oven. COSTCO. I came across your site.
I was thrilled that the woman writing the review was charmed and impressed by the product, but I was completely taken aback that the woman continued to referred to the product as SHE throughout her rave reviews. I felt like I had stepped into the dark ages and for you to post this as a primary review was surprising. Animals can be referred to as SHE. This inanimate object and inanimate objects are IT … They are things!!!!! ! For you to select her review to represent your site made me think twice about signing on. I have NEVER written to an online site before and this is a first. Would appreciate a response from you with an explanation of your model review. And a suggestion to talk to your editor. This is the 21 st century! Thank you for at least listening to my observation of your review.
Hi Ellie! Thank you for taking the time to leave a comment. I hope you are enjoying your Cuisinart air fryer. I understand where you are coming from, but this woman was very excited about her toaster oven. It’s a lighthearted post that is a real honest review from a woman who uses this daily.
Tasia – in response to your review of the BJ diapers – they are horrific. In fact, I would not even donate what I had left – I threw them out! Here is a copy of the email I sent to BJ’s about them:
I just wanted to take a moment and provide some feedback on an item. I’ve purchased Berkley Jensen brand items before, and have felt that the items were comparable to brand names, in some cases better, other cases, slightly less. I recently purchased Berkley Jensen brand diapers for my daughter, and I cannot begin to explain the poor quality of this item. Typically I purchase Huggies, and I have in the past tried pampers and a few other boutique brands, but the overall disappointment I experienced with the BJ’s brand diaper does not compare to any other I have used. We went through double the number of diapers in a shorter period of time. I threw away several outfits because the leakage was not repairable. I washed many more loads of laundry and the car seat had to be dismantled, sanitized and put together TWICE in a two week period of time. Multiple times I had to change my outfit just from picking up my daughter because bodily fluids leaked out the side onto me. She is changed regularly at daycare every two hours and even the daycare person asked me to get her new diapers. We made the mistake of putting her to bed a few times in the BJ’s brand and woke up needing to change the entire crib. On top of the mess that needed cleanup, she suffered a severe diaper rash that required a visit to the pediatrician and a prescription cream to clear up.
I’m not trying to complain, and I do not want my money back, but I wanted to bring to your attention that the Berkeley Jensen brand diapers are poor quality and as a mom of two, I’m glad I only made the mistake of purchasing them once. I’m not sure if you welcome honest feedback on your product or is the time I spent conveying this will be wasted, but I at least wanted to share my experience in hopes that you are able to put some R & D into your product and make something worth purchasing. The cost of all the other supplies- laundry detergent, new clothes in a pinch, stain remover and my time – were surely not worth the savings on the diapers.
Hello, I am so sorry you didn’t enjoy them. You could certainly leave your feedback on our BJs website. mybjswholesale.com. This site isn’t really up and running anymore, more of my test site. I have to say though a lot of members in our Facebook group like them.
You both are so sweet! Thank you so much for your kind words! I am truly loving getting to know you both!
Hi my name is kody, I’m just getting into couponing. I have a question and couldn’t find a contact for you but wanted to know with tops when they print out the coupons at the self check out are they store or manufacturer coupons. They say manufacturer but online I see that if they come from the store it’s store coupons. Probably a dumb question but I just don’t get it.
HI Kody! NOt a dumb question in the beginning when I was doing this whole couponing thing I took that coupon you are talking about from Tops and tried using it at Walmart. They wouldn’t let me and I had the hardest time understanding why when it said manufacturer coupon. The whole thing that changed it is that big Tops logo on it. It is a store coupon but the manufacturer still provides the funding for it. Same with the BJ’s store coupons. They are BJ’s store coupons but they are manufacturer funded. It’s confusing but the ones that print out at Tops with the Tops logo on can only be used at Tops!
It’s my pleasure to meet you sis Tasia. Thanks for sharing your info and making us feel that we are not alone in our pursuit to use money wisely. 🙂 How I wish I could get to know about the freebies in Bangladesh through your website. 😀
