I went shopping on Monday and am just now getting a chance to get this posted! I’m sharing these weekly trips in hope that you are inspired to live your best life on a budget! I keep our budget lower by using venison meat and buying meat when it is on sale and stocking up. I try to give my family healthy simple food that we can all enjoy together!

Here is what I am serving this week!
Breakfast– Cereal and Eggs( we have chickens)
Lunch- Hot dogs( still have some Applegate from Tops), PB&J sandwiches, Salad with veggies from garden
Dinner– Leftovers
Homemade pizza with tomatoes from garden
Chicken Salad with Birds Eye Italian Mix( still from a stock up at Tops and chicken breasts from BJs a few weeks back)
Sloppy Does with salad
Mexican Lasagna( I still have lots of refried beans from that awesome deal at BJs),
BLTs( I have one package left from the Tops Bacon stockup)
Venison Grilled with Veggies from the garden

love your posts ! i have a garden but 2 out of 4 people living here wont eat most vegetables ! i have frozen alot of green beans,eggplant [ i love it ] and green peppers. i try to incorporate them into my meals in the winter ,hopefully keeping me uner my 50.00 a week budget too.

I wish I was good enough at gardening to make enough to last through winter! Each year I try to add more! I haven’t tried eggplant in the garden yet but it sounds good! Next year!
