When I have my dinners planned out the week before everything goes smoother. I’m not racing through the freezer hoping we have something or trying to defrost my meat in the microwave and become disappointed with the results.

It doesn’t have to be elaborate. Really. Smaller meals. It really is better on your body. Less meat. We don’t need to eat a whole 5 lb. pack of meat in one sitting do we?!

- Dinner:Whole Roasted chicken with side of Frozen Veggies( add spices butter, cheese to spice things up if you are not thrilled on plain veggies!)
Wednesday

- Dinner: Bacon Pizza- Make your own Dough! ( You can do it!) with a side salad.
Thursday
- Breakfast: Cereal
- Dinner: Chicken Salad Wraps( Use the leftover chicken from your Roast the other night)
Friday
- Breakfast: Cereal
- Dinner: Turkey Bacon, Avocado Egg Bake
Saturday
- Breakfast: Homemade Pancakes
- Dinner: Spaghetti and homemade garlic bread( This is THE best recipe and it is done in 15 minutes!)
Sunday
- Breakfast: Cereal
- Dinner: Your Choice. Use a meat in your freezer. If you have been following this series I am guessing you have enough items on hand to get a little creative and serve your family a delicious meal! Or if your budget allows treat yourself to a night out to eat!
